Dave Blair / Red Planet Comics

These are the archives of two comics I created which ran in The Observer, undergraduate student newspaper of Case Western Reserve University, between 2005 and 2007 (though some of the Sorcerers strips date back before the newspaper picked up the strip).

Sorcerers of the Midwest

This was my main strip, and the first one I started. It was a character-oriented strip starring fictionalized versions of myself and my closest (and easiest-to-draw) friends. It ran on the Observer's Fun Page in the back.

Quilloquium

This was a single-panel editorial cartoon, which ran in the Op-Ed setion. Many of the issues were Case-specific, and even I can't remember what some of them were about now. They're mostly here for completeness, although I still like a few of them.

Colors based on the excellent Wombat VIM theme, by Lars Nielsen, which I use constantly.
